Now it’s time to explore the Longyearbyen. Longyearbyen is Svalbard’s largest settlement and the one from the globe’s northernmost towns with just hardly 2,000 citizens. Svalbard Museum is a popular attraction at Longyearbyen, so pay a visit to the Museum to learn more about the region’s history.
